Fittings

Sanitary Fittings give you the ability to direct the flow of your process medium, whether it be in a brewery, dairy, food-processing, or chemical plant. Manufactured and polished in adherence to 3-A and BPE standards, all fittings supplied by DuvaSanitary.com are perfect for use in the Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries.

Our sanitary fittings are available in 304 and 316 stainless steel, in a variety of forms, each designed and manufactured for specific purposes.

Sanitary Tri-Clamp (Tri-Clover) fittings are easily secured to the line with a gasket and a clamp, then just as easily removed for cleaning or replacement. For this reason, Clamp fittings are often preferred in beer, dairy, and food slurry applications. Also, the quick-clamp application makes it easy to connect to accessory items with this type of connection, such as gauges, sight glasses, strainers, and more, all available at DuvaSanitary.com.

Sanitary Butt Weld Fittings are permanently welded into place. When installed, the weld connection is flush, allowing for smooth flow that’s ideal for applications where low turbulence is required. This smooth connection makes Butt Weld the choice in facilities where the desire to prevent impurities from settling in the line outweighs the need for flexibility post-installation.

Sanitary BioPharm (BPE) Fittings are designed with longer tangents, making them ideal for use with orbital weld heads, though they’re also available with clamp ends, or with both. Although BPE fittings are sanitary grade, they’re also polished to a finer finish, as required for critical chemical application.

Sanitary I-Line Fittings are very similar to Tri-Clamp fittings, mostly in that they are secured in place with a gasket and clamp. The difference is that I-Line clamp ends are male and female, meaning that they interlock before the clamp is secured. This makes the I-Line clamp connection stronger.

Sanitary Bevel Seat Fittings are another type of sanitary fitting that will lock in place when connected and can be easily removed from the line. The connection is made with a threaded nut and a gasket.
