This top-quality Butterfly Valve has a 316L stainless steel disc mounted on a rod. The valve is fully open when the metal trigger handle is turned and the disc is rotated a quarter turn, allowing unrestricted flow. When the valve is closed, the handle is turned so the disc completely blocks the passageway.
Featuring a 316 stainless steel body with a surface finish of 25 Ra, this valve meets 3-A, FDA, and USDA standards. The 316L mirror-finish disc ensures even flow, preventing obstructions. The opposing body bolt design prevents loosening due to vibration, and the multi-position 304 stainless steel spring-loaded lock handle allows for precise control. It operates at 110 PSI at 200°F and is suitable for actuation with pneumatic, electric, or canister actuators.
