The Three-Piece Socket Weld Ball Valve is quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, pivoting 316 stainless ball to control flow through the process line. The valve is open when the ball’s hole is in line with the flow, and closed when it is pivoted 90° by the valve handle. The valve is permanently welded in place.
